1. All pages converted to PHP, per Miko's suggestion that a PHP project
should use PHP not SSI.

2. New Logo-less design by JimS has been implemented.

3. Content creation to happen tomorrow and through the weekend.  My target
is to have a fully fleshed out site ready for review and vote/approval by
the PMC at Sundays meeting.

1. Thanks to Dracos' mad CSS skillz, phpDocumentor has been converted to
look as close to the site design above (https://concept.xaraya.com/test/) as
possible.  So, once we nail which dirs in the tarball need to be included,
we can run the gen script again and add that to the public site launch as
well.

2.  I will be updating phpXREF to use the look and feel of the concept site
as well.  This is pretty simple so I anticipate it will be in the public
site launch as well.  Same dir list is needed here.

3.  PMC please provide a dir list for the tarball to be included in both
docs instances.I know we talked about automating this process and that still
needs to happen, but with the list, we can run the first instance manually
and automate later.

4.  In addition to these doc tools, what other docs do we want to make
public?  Roadmap GANTT?  MDG (if updated)?  pnAPI (if updated)?  I know some
of these are included in the docs folder on the distro, but having links to
them on the pubsite will make it simpler for the simple :).

Please get resources (dir list and doc files to me ASAP ... preferably by
Saturday evening if you want them included in launch.
