Hmmmm - I suppose the static site is (for now) mainly aimed at :
a) people who are curious about what Xaraya is, how it's organised
and where it's going, and
b) potential module/theme/... developers, future contributors etc.

So we should make it easy for them to find all the info they need,
and cross-reference with downloads, specs, RFCs etc.
So perhaps add the (automatically updated) BL specs, RFCs etc.
in the Resources as well, or point to a local copy of the /docs dir,
or place a BIG LINK to the docs site in the main menu ? :)
