I am writing a style guide at the moment that will describe some of the 
basics of Xaraya UI design.

However I am not going into too much detail on Xaraya_Classic itself. So 
far I have concentrated on the module templates themselves and defining 
a style that should be implemented throughout the core xaraya modules.

Whst exactly did you have in mind?
