Re: theme doc

Hi linoj

I had this down in our Documentation Framework as a possible documentation 
exercise. Just as we have Overviews and Install/User Manuals for a module, i 
thought it would be worthwhile having similar documentation on Themes, with 
relevance to user installation, default blocks, etc.  Xaraya_Classic is the 
only one i had noted in the current framework list ...
