As John says thats a no brainer - I'm not obeying stupid laws just cos
some clueless fool wrote them down. If everyone just obeys them then they
will never get changed.
Making a law about whether links should open in a new window is so dumb
and not to mention irrelevant its hilarious. Talk about the state trying
to be a little too controlling!

Luckily we dont have such laws in the UK so I dont have to worry about
them.
