...for example, I want to initialize one of the many modules (package
xaraya-all-20030304) XarayaÂ´s offering, but I get either

IÂ´m not sure what it means, but I guess itÂ´s like I donÂ´t have access
to the database, although the used ID and pass should be right... the
latter looks to me like the system doesnÂ´t allow me to chance something
in spite of beinng logged in as admin.
