I had a look in the Categories mask. There is only one ACCESS_COMMENT
registered mask for SubmitCategoryLink. Is that the one?
ie. 
Mask: SubmitCategoryLink
Module: Categories
Component: Link
Instances: All:All:All:All
Level: 300

(Im still not quite sure what Component "Link" refers to)

OK. Ive set PHP error handling to false in config.system.php, and I have
grab the latest bk code for /includes/exceptions...

now when I click on the ?instance wizard link", (for module: categories;
component: link) .. I get the error msg

"Module function does not exist: A call has been made to a module function
that cannot be found."

(at least Exceptions give a friendlier msg 8) )
