Re: new standarts, target=blank

This is one of those religious wars that can go on forever. So take this 
is just another philosophical vote. If Xaraya data is presented in a raw 
format that is then massaged vie the templates, can't we allow the 
webmasters of the world to do what they want with links? As far as 
various admin routines etc. (Internal to Xaraya) I'd say just leave 
everything in the same window. I personally find it easier to just hit 
the back button than to chase down open windows that somehow always 
manage to get lost amongst my over clicking eager fingers.
