I have no idea what you guys are doing with the translations but you are 
generated more problems than all other translation teams put together! ;-)

I have had to remove another two translated templates from the 
translations module because they also had errors in them due to umlauts.

It looks like ISO text is going into UTF-8 templates and its all getting 
very confused since the code for an umlaut in ISO means something else 
in UTF-8.
