Problem is that there are two flavours of Spanish (formal and
colloquial, t=FA and usted). Both are to be used since they target
different audiences. The "usted" is more likely to be used in
corporate environment while "tu" is more to be used in fan, personal,
sport sites and so on.

What Oscar is saying is to use the ISO for one of the flavours while
using UTF for the other. I don't know if we have a naming convention
for flavours, then we could use just UTF with es_ES being formal and
es_tu_ES (or whatever is the convention) being the colloquial.

cogi=F3 del todo y pregunt=E1ndole si hay una forma estandarizada de
nombrar las distintas versiones que pueden darse en el mismo pais.
