Content Area Extract

Hi,

I hope I can describe what I am looking for here.

For a page that contains content (say a "Product" type Article displaying an 
Image, Product Name, Product Description, Product ID, etc...), in the center 
content area, I would like to wrap that in a separate URL referenceable page 
without the surrounding content (Header, Menus, Footer, etc..).

Can anyone suggest the options available for doing this and perhaps what is 
the best of those options?

What I am looking for is perhaps displaying the information in either a 
separate Window or even in a Popup Window. In that respect, being able to 
wrap it in its own Page and reference it via a separate URL is important to 
me.

Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.
