CPU load problem?

Hi,
A website I work on (though not recently) has been shut down by the host.  The reason given was high CPU usage.  The site uses Xaraya.  Below I've included all the information the host has provided.  Please let me know if you have any ideas about this.

Xaraya has failed to serve the request, and the failure could not be handled.

This is a bad sign and probably means that Xaraya is not configured properly.

Re-enabling your account will be possible when the the errors in your code are fixed.  Please look over your code and correct the loops that are creating multiple instances on the Apache Server and causing the CPU to be over utilized.  You also need to tell us what changes you made in your code to correct this issue.  Once you fix the code upload it and then respond to this e-mail with the changes you made and we will re-enable your page.  If these errors occur again we will disable your account until you fix the errors in your code.

Our System Administrators have detected that your virtual server application on account FLABTSI has
consumed 50% or more of CPU resources for lengthy periods of time. Such problems are often caused by
errors in ASP, CGI, CF, Perl scripts, such as infinite loops or session objects not being released,
etc. Below please find log entries and/or other information implicating your account.

Your virtual server has been disabled due to violation of the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) located at
http://www.intermedia.net/legal/acceptable_use_policy/.Please check your scripts and correct the
problem as soon as possible. FTP is still enabled on your virtual server to allow access to correct
the issue. Please be advised that HostPilot will not function while your account is disabled.

Please also be advised that such disruptive virtual server application behavior is a violation of
our Master Service agreement [Section 5] located at
http://www.intermedia.net/legal/shared-web-mail-application-master-service-agreements.asp. If this
