ISO to UTF-8 conversion after upgrade of an old ZMS 2.0 Site

Hello,

I just upgraded a very old ZMS from 2.0 to 2.10.5-20 (transition via
2.10.3-18 as suggested in this forum).

All things worked fine after some additional patches in templates and
css, but the conversion to utf-8 character set failed.

Is there a way to do it manually (by script)?
