Ok. This makes sense to me

For which reason is this step?

At last, I have to move to 2.11.X by a further step. But there are
contradictorily informations.

Changes.txt says:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
+++ IMPORTANT NOTE: Updates from ZMS < 2.11.x have to be done via
ZMS-2.11.0-01!

I suppose that the last value behind the minus does not matter in this
case, but if it does, I would need the download link to 2.11.0-01,
because the current 2.1.0 is -08_1.
