No Actions in "Add to WWW-Site" Dropdown

ZMS 2.11.0-08

In former ZMS versions it was possible to have user defined actions in
the "Add to WWW-Site" droptown list. This seems not to work any more
even I activate it in the actions configuration.

With all the other dropdowns of simple objects it still works indeed.

I would like to have this again for WWW-Site too, because for some
Site-wide actions like "Update Navi" and so on.



... and please, can someone explain what this means (changes.txt):

[00561] Added support for dynamic bodytext to static cache.

(This sounds a little bit exciting to me, because I am messin' around
with some Javascript/AJAX page-segmenting and replenishing for
optimizing caching with Squid. If you know what I mean ;-)
