Upgrade to 2.11: Penetrance of TeaserElements

After an upgrade of a ZMS 2.10.5 instance to ZMS 2.11.0-09_3, the
penetrance of all teaser elements shows up as "this object" (resp.
"dieses Objekt"), even if they it was originally set to "complete
sub-hierarchy" or "only folders of sub-hierarchy").

Strangely, the *behavior* of the teaser elements is still correct,
the penetrance is conserved after the upgrade! Only the management
interface doesn't correctly render the behavior.

You can reproduce this behavior simply by upgrading a ZMS site with
'default content' from 2.10.5 to 2.11.0: Teaser-1 and Teaser-2 in 'ZMS
home' penetrate through the complete site. After the upgrade, the
management interface is changed to 'Penetrance: this object'. In
contrast to this, the teasers are still displayed on all pages of the
site.
