Migrate from ZMS 2.3.2-b45 (Zope 2.7.5) to latest ZMS and Zope

Hello,

i would like to migrate two site using ZMS 2.3.2-b45 (with Zope 2.7.5) to the latest ZMS and Zope Version (ZMS 2.11.1 + Zope 2.11.3).

Which steps are necessary for the upgrade?
