i18n Object without need for translation

Hi,

I have an PAGEELEMENT - object (Content Overview) which shuold get
visible automatically in all languages after it is createt in primary
language.

There is no need for translation in this object. It is a navigaion
helper and there is no case where it should be in one language and not
in an other.

So it would be more comfortable for editors and translators if this
object can be set for all languages in one step.

Is this possible in some way?
