we had a wide range of user's from high skilled programmers up to  
secretaries, all of them learned to use ZM(S)I very fast and we never  
had any "bad" responses about the way how to manage your content.
I am glad that ZMS do not have a Typo3 or Joomla Adminpanel, but may  
you can give us a demo-login to your "new & fresh" interface so all of  
us can see the difference.
