Problem / Bug in URLs?

Dear ZMS devels,


i've found in two 2.11.1-83 (Build #132a) instances a problem with URLs.

It seems that there are URLs which are "changing" byself over a while (i.e. a 
day or so) to a broken link.

It seems links are changing from:
{$e563/e572} (correct)
to
 {$__e563/e572__} (wrong)

automatically if Auto-Correction is used or on.

If i try "Link Correction", i.e. get:

If i click this several times i alwas get the same output.

Even Auto Correction doesn't helps here.

If i change / correct the URLs by hand if works again for a while.

Is there any solution here?


btw:
I have some further small bug reports - where is the best place to hand in 
them (this list or SF)?
