Maybe infinite requests for pre-loading images etc. (through javascript
code) cause problems with your setup...

Many thanks for your tip - sounds interesting and will try this today
(thanks 
again for ZMSMediaplayer...).

but btw:

hangup a Zope / ZMS instance - seems like a security hole / bug or something

(within ZMS and/or ZOPE or ZMSGallery).

Will try to investigate this further (i.e. strace) - if someone can share 
experiences here pls contact me or post to this thread.
