preconfiguring / -parametering image cropping in special objects

Dear all,


nice to see the basic graphic editor inside ZMS now.

What is the easiest way /practice to use prefedined (default) parameters on 
graphic objects within (special) objects?


Example: 
=======

 - On a special object with an image object i want to offer a default cropping 
selection box which offers the selection of an image region (to a object 
specific width/height ratio).

After the selection the image should get cropped and resized to the fixed 
target resultion / format.

 - Where can i register any further functions into the graphic editor? Is 
there any general way / practice in thought there?
