Hi Thorsten,
first, you have to remove all catalogs inside the ZMS instance(s) before the update ( but to be fair I don't know if this is essential).
The import error appears because the Vocabulary module was bundled with ZCatalog or ZODB before and is now seperate.
As far as I remember you have to install these python packages:
- zope.app.component
- zope.componentvocabulary
