strange effect (bug?) in ZMS 2.13

Dear all,


within newer ZMS 2.13 i had a "strange effect" - since some days i can't 
create new objects as the regardings GUI windows ("forms in high windows") are 
"blocked" for any input in any browser.

On existing objects (non high / the embedded forms) i can work as usual. This 
makes ZMS unusable for me.

As this seems to be done somewhere on AJAX / JQuery level this is hard to 
debug for me. 

First i thought this could depend from any Javscript work i've done in between 
on a project, but i tried to create fresh ZMS instances with default content 
for verifying which got's the same problem.

Any ideas? Did i something wrong? Any workaround known? I don't want to 
"downgrade" current works if possible...

tested:
 - ZMS: ZMS2 2.13.4.1825 (Build #134c) still works
 - ZMS: ZMS2 2.13.4.1959 (Build #134c) works NOT
 - ZMS: ZMS2 2.13.4.1981 (Build #134c) works NOT
