Subject: Compiling 7-zip with Mingw gcc version 3.2.3.

Hello,

I want to try to compile the latest version of the 7-zip
source code with the Mingw gcc version 3.2.3.

If anyone could Email me an Zip file attachment which
contains the makefile, the bat files, and the instructions
you used to do the compilation under Mingw,
I would greatly appreciate it.

I want to try many different compilations using a
variety of optmizing "C" compilers, and various
optimization options to produce the fastest
running version of 7-zip possible.

Since my Email system only accepts zip file attachments
and rejects all other types of attachments
(due to virus concerns), please zip all
the files into a zip file and Email it to me.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

- Bill

Hello,

If you send me the zip file containing the Mingw makefile,
bat files, etc, I also need to source code to 7-zip which you've
modified.

Thank you in advance for your Email reply
which I hope will contain the zip file attachment.

The file you're searching is on the website:

I tried "-O3 -march=i686" with no incerase in speed.
(actually the release version is slightly faster)
