Hi, I tried to compile cosnotify 2.1 delivered in june 2005. We had troubleshooting with version associated to ob 411, so I have to test that new version corrects noticed bugs. I compiled tcl, then berkely db (with applied patchs), ob 4.3.1, without any problem. But for cosnotify this is another world. There are a lot of libdb32.li every where but desired version of berkeley db is 4.2... So I changed in all .mak and .cpp, number of version, and go forward. But files are expecting CosTime.h for compilation and costime.lib for link As you noticed, costime doesn't exist anymore in new ob versions. So I tried to change files and to recompile without, no way... Then I got old version of costime (included in my old ob 411) and of course, there's a lot of unresolved external symbol, and so on... So did you already try to compile cosnotify 2.1 before delivering (I doubt, db berkeley 32...) Does cosnotify need costime ? what am I supposed to do ? for information, I'm compiling on win32 with vc7. cheers Thierry Blanchard sophis _______________________________________________ OB-Users Mailing List - [email protected] http://mail.ooc.nf.ca/mailman/listinfo/ob-users Visit our support FAQ before you send a message. http://www.orbacus.com/faq/support.html
