This is very strange, I have never seen such a problem. Could you try to 
run hypervegeta on your PCs (Windows and Linux) and see if it works better:

Of course this is necessary. You must upload all the classes files 
needed by your controller onto the server!
This is maybe why it doesn't work on your Windows machine (if a .class 
file of your controller is missing).
