Re: Webots 4.0.21 pre-release

Hi,

I could find and fix the problem with *_shoulder_2 and *_elbow. That was 
a bug in Webots when the minPosition of a Servo was 0. I will release a 
new fixed test version today.

Thanks to Anders, Dominic, Xavier and Marton for reporting me this problem!
