Hello,

First I want to congratuate all of the judoka competitors for there amazing
efforts. The competition has reached an impressive level in the last few months
and it's greate fun watching....

For the last month, I've been working on the next years competition web site. As
announced by Olivier it is now open for comennts ( http://roboka.org ) and
inscriptions. I hope you enjoy the new site and that you will all help to keep
this competition evolving. I personaly don't enjoy the last weeks evolution
twoards "kneeling" robots. After discussion with Olivier It seems pretty clear,
that the height limit will be reized for the next eddition. So don't you all
focus to mutch on such a "childisch" strategy :-).. Still, respect to you Bob.

I made some research about Windows media player and mpeg2.... Well as usual
windows is trying to push its own media file encoding and therefore doesn't come
by default with an mpeg2 decoder... No more comments about that....

So I searched for an easy way to go around this and found a very small codec
(110k) for windows. I installed it on a "virgin" windows XP system at it worked
perfectly. So I decided to temporarily put the file on the web page
http://roboka.org/test/mpeg-2_codec.zip for others to test. I greatly would
appreciate some feedback. If it's positive Il put a link to the codec on the web
site. So please help me test it.

Thanks a lot and keep up the lovely work

Jean-Philippe
