Rounds running!

It finally works! The round is running on roboka.org. It seems that 
gollum and FreeTime are the two best robots at the moment!
Probably many little details to fix, but it seems it works nicely.

I increased the threshold for considering a robot is down by 5 cm.
I modified the bounding object of the lower arm to better take into 
account the hand of the robot (see modified judo.wbt file in attachment).
