It's really cool to see the contest ON again.

I've just noticed that all the possible fight have been done 
and can be found in :
http://roboka.org/archive/28_May_2004/

It's really cool. I was particularly interested by the match 
gollum nutrina. As nutrina wins this one, I am surprised you 
point gollum as the second best actual robot instead of nutrina...
This off contest fight are cool for futur opponent to adjust 
their robot before next day match :) It will be a good 
incitation for people to work on their robot as they can see 
what will append if they do nothing :))

I find nutrina 'frog' way of getting up interressting and 
quite efficient (even if it is not yet 100% efficient).

The change for the hand seems to be they now are 'solid'.
(you can check it by clicking on the robot in webots to see 
the solid boxes).

I know there is a lot of requirements in your todo list, but I 
just want to add one :)

What do you think about robot color personalization ?
I don't know if it is difficult or not to implement. It is 
probably not, as we already have this for the led.

I think it is better to limit the choice among a limited set 
of color (to avoid sky color robot :).
But even 4 colors or lighter/darker degree of the current one, 
and the possibility to set one for each part of teh robot 
(head, back, arm, legs, hand) we will get so cute robot :)
would be cool.

So the same thing used for the led but for each robot's part, 
with no possibility to change them (could be written in a 
robot_color.txt file on the server ?)

It was just an idea :)


Just a question as a conclusion: can we have some info about 
what you plan now to work on (cf all the propositions of 
modifications/ideas done before : which one are refused, 
postponed, or planned to be implemented soon or later).
