However dynamic stability would be harder to control if this extra weight was added in the center part. Also, I would like to point on of the problems that I had when developing my controller. The foot of the robot is very un-natural. Meaning that, if it had one more joing in the front of the foot ( like we have fingers ) would make its walking ability much more stable and controllable. Not to mention more natural. Also, I believe that it would allow for much complex walking movements.
