Well I don't find the ice-skating effect much fun.  Its too
unrealistic.  I don't think that the body weight would have to be
increased much, most of the reaslistic effect could be gained by
increasing the friction.  Once there is a realistic amount of friction
there will be lots of interesting movements that could be developed,
that would more than make up for a small increase in body weight.

Also gravity would act more on the robot making more realistic
responses a requirement.

I agree that movement in hands and feet would make a diference.
