I don't know what augouml-log.xml and 180.xml are. I assume they are dumps
from the issuezilla and log from the subversion  repository.

The tools does not automatically register any connection between an issue
and a commit. In some cases we mention the issue in the commit message. Most
often we do not, we only have it as a requirement during the alpha and beta
periods.

To find the commits connected to an issue you need to perform some
intelligent guesswork. Same goes for finding an issue connected to a certain
commit.
