[bdbxml] Running Perl

Hi, 

i  tried to compaile the Perl module on a WIn32-Box and have some errors i can't fix by 
my own.

here is the output

What is the -c thing, if there is a binary missing to compile? what is abvout the lib files? 

feeling lost.
