Re: Problems on Linux: IO Error Pointer out of Range

Josh,

Mckoi does check if the database exists before it starts, so it is 
strange that it gets to this point.  A more helpful error message should 
be generated if the database doesn't exist.  Would it be possible to 
still send me some details about your JVM environment?  Also, how are 
you invoking the database?
