Summary: mdb-export exports null for some fields

Initial Comment:
Some of the columns of a JET4 database are exported as
null even though there are data in them.  The output of
mdb-schema on the table shows that those columns are of
unknown type, i.e. BillingAccountNo Unknown 0x00 (32).
 This column should have been Text (32).  Similiarily,
a column that should have been Currency (8) is being
display in mdb-schema as Unknown 0x00 (8).  Please help.
