I've been using Metakit with the Enthought edition of Python 2.3 for some
time now, and in a fairly large application making use of several large
Metakit databases. I've used this both on Windows NT and XP without
incident. I guess I wonder why you're building it from source (as you
seem to imply) rather than using a binary distribution.
