You're refering to MySQL Cluster the product from MySQL AB?. You don't 
need to set it up.
In fact, MySQL Cluster provides all the funcionality we aimed to provide 
with mysql-ha, but only for in memory databases.

In order to use mysql-ha, you just need the set up as you already have 
done it (master and slave).
The installation script can set this up for you too, if you just have 
two nodes with mysql installed on them but no further configuration.
