Re: MySQL GUI Tools for 5.0 Release 13 for Windows available for download

Hi Mike,

This certainly is good news, and I can't wait to see one central 
management application as other platforms, like PostgreSQL and Microsoft 
SQL Server have.

I run the MySQL GUI tools on Vista SP1 and I noticed straight away after 
installing this update that both the Administrator and Query Browser on 
Vista need administrator permissions to run - why is this?  The r12 
release of both applications worked flawlessly on Vista (at least for me 
anyway) without needing administrator permission.
