Where is Query Browser and Admin tool?

I have a new laptop and went to download the GUI tools, and noticed that 
only Workbench is out there now.  It says that it has apparently 
incorporated the Query Browser and the Admin tool into it.  I played with it 
for about 30 minutes and could not figure out how to get the query browser 
or the admin too to come up.

One major piece I use in the admin tool is the backup capability.  If that 
is gone, then I'm going to have to find some alternative way to back up.

Can someone help me figure out how to do the following in the Workbench 
tool?
* I need to be abel to view, browse, and modify existing databases and 
tables.
* I need to be able to back up my databases the way I used to with the old 
GUI.
* I need to be able to manage users.

If someone can either tell me how to do these sort of things, or point me 
towards a document online that can help me through this, I would greatly 
appreciate it.
