The whole thing seemed to be a bit of a mi= sh-mash and the initial versions (if you could even get them to run) were u= nstable and seemed like a lot of work had gone into pointless features. The old GUI tools individually I found very useful and I contributed a grea= t deal to bug reports on them and helped where possible to suggest improvem= ents, so naturally this position of feeling all this work had somewhat gone= to waste, especially when it seemed the replacement was inferior. (I do se= em to recall moaning as such on the lists at some point!) However, I have used a couple of previous versions of workbench in the 5.1 = and 5.2 series and progress has been extremely good. I am now using it for = most of the things I used to do with Administrator and Query Browser and it= s functional, stable and surpasses the original programs in some ways, whic= h if development continues will be all ways. I'd therefore very publicaly like to congratulate the whole workbench team = on an excellent job well done and look forward to more feature in the futur= e!
