Re: WorkBench 5.2 RC

Hey Charlie,

we are glad to see (again) someone change his mind about MySQL Workbench. Yes, it was not an easy decision to make one big workbench application for all three areas and, given the team size, it was very ambiguous.

And that's what we are thankful for. What would be WB (or QB, MA, MT etc.) without heavy testing by our users? And with settling down with the big issues and features we get more and more time to the finer details and, which might be what most of you wanna hear, we find the time to implement your feature wishes.

Excellent! Please also spread the word among your co-devs and friends. If you have a blog or website (twitter, facebook, whatever) show your appreciation. This is the reward we wish and hope for. Maybe we then get even more nominations like the one in the top 10 cross platform tools list (http://wb.mysql.com/?p=575).

Keep your reports comming in and thanks for taking the time to speak publicaly about your happyness with WB (that is not nearly as widespread as the other way around).
