No Tables are visible

Software installed
---
Windows XP + SP2
MYSQL 5.0.51b
Mysql Connector/ODBC 5.1.5
Microsoft Query 11.5510.8107
MS Access/Excel/Word 2003

Check tasks fullfilled (problem is number 5)

1) Installed Mysql Connector/ODBC and create DNS --> OK
2) MS ACCESS 2003: Get external data both Import and Link Tables work fine;
3) MS WORD 2003: Import data in mailmerge work fine;
4) MS Excel 2003: Data/Import external data/Import data work fine;
5) MS Excel 2003: Data/Import external data/New Database query (through MS QUERY) don't show tables even if show panel in MSQuery is checked; if I write a SQL command it work and MS QUERY retrieve data. How I can view database tables? It's a configuration problem? Where I wrong? I read answer in forum [Excel 2003 and ODBC 5.1.5 - No Tables are Visible] but 
I need to use New Database Query and not Import data.

Anyone can you help me?
