There is a RT system set up at CPAN for tracking bugs & feature
requests. http://rt.cpan.org/ and there is also the CPAN forum at
http://www.cpanforum.com/, which is definitely a work in progress but
the idea has potential. To set up a wiki I think you would need to have
a domain or subdomain hosted somewhere (perhaps MySQL would be generous
enough to point perl.mysql.com to a host where the wiki could be set
up). I don't know of any general Perl sites offering a wiki (although it
is an idea I've been kicking around boston.pm).
