Install Error on MySQL 5.0.20a

Hi,

 

I'm trying to install MySQL 5.0.20a on a Windows 2003 Server box and keep
getting MSI error 11708.

I ran it again this AM (after rebooting, etc.) and built an install log
file. here's what I think are the relevant lines:
