Trouble installing MySQL 4.1

After choosing which type of install I want for MySQL 4.1, I receive: =
Internal Error 2275. 1601, =
D:\Scrapd\setup\jpegger\mysql-essential-4.1.22-win32.msi

I have never received this error before and I have installed 4.1 on =
dozens of machines.  What does this mean?
