Check the MySQL manual=20 2.9.2.3. Starting and Troubleshooting the MySQL Server=20 And 2.3.13. Troubleshooting a MySQL Installation Under Windows You can run the MySQL server by running the program mysqld from the command line. This may show an error message giving you a clue about what is wrong..
