Alfian - This is all very easy, if you have a backup. You do have a backup, don't you? Simply restore the file from the backup and you'll be on your way. Assuming that you don't have a backup (which is probably the case, I imagine), I recommend building a new init.ora file from the default one distributed with every Oracle installation. Sorry. With Oracle9i, you could have written a new init.ora file if you hadn't shutdown the database. Since you already shut things down, this isn't an option for you, unfortunately.
