Urgent help required

Hi all brilient people on the list.
This is Krishnakant Mane from Mumbai (India).  I have recently 
joint this list and I am amaised by the level of problems you 
people solve.  I am some where between intermediate and advanced 
level as far as oracle is concerned.  I program in VB under linux 
and when it comes to web technologies I use perl and cgi.  Apache 
server is my choice for web transaction.

Well this is all about me.  I am giving my OCP and will become the 
first Visually Handicap OCP of my country.  Yes I am totaly blind 
and I use a screen reader to access a computer.
Well my problem is that I want to install oracle client on a 
windows 98 and 95 machines.  My server is a windows 2000 advance 
server and it contains the Oracle server and database.  I need to 
know what should I do to install oracle client and I want to know 
the meaning of all the stepps in the process.  I tried it on a win 
98 machine but it is not connecting to the database.  I don't know 
what is wrong but please, if some one could give me step by step 
instructions on how to do it I will be greatly thankfull to the 
person.  It is very urgent.  I being the chairman of a Software 
firm Compact Software Solutions, www.csshome.web1000.com I need to 
provide the work in time.  I like to do the major work myself so 
that my administrators don't fool around with the systems.  Please 
help me out with this problem.
